Order cancellations and refunds are available only within 24 hours of purchase.
Perfume and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
Once the order has been shipped, you can only return or exchange products if manufacturing defects are found (broken pipette, chipped ampoule, etc.).
When receiving goods through the CARGO postal service, the buyer must inspect the items and draw up a receipt act in the presence of the courier or at the pick-up point.
When shipping through the EMS postal service, the value of the items is declared.
In case of underdeclaring the value of the goods, if the parcel is lost, EMS will only reimburse the declared amount. If the cancellation/return is due to personal reasons, the funds will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued only for cosmetics once the products in proper condition have been returned to the warehouse. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been tested, no refund will be provided for such items.
Important information:
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of product damage during transportation, and only with a damage inspection report.
• When shipping goods via EMS, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
• The return will only be processed after the parcel has been delivered to the Cosmodea warehouse in the same condition as it was received.
• If it is not possible to send the item back to the warehouse, the decision to issue a refund is at the discretion of Cosmodea.
• Cosmodea is not responsible for items that were mistakenly returned.
